Aixor Studio maintains the highest standards of advertising integrity. We do not:
- Create scam or misleading advertisements
- Promote fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal schemes
- Manage campaigns for illegal or restricted products
- Promote fake investment programmes or financial schemes
- Assist in bypassing advertising platform policies
- Create misleading or false marketing claims
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of their products and claims. Advertising performance depends on external market factors beyond our control.
8. Website & Software Development Compliance
We do not engage in the development of:
- Phishing or impersonation websites
- Scam or fraudulent platforms
- Unlawful clones of copyrighted platforms
- Deceptive landing pages
- Counterfeit marketplaces
Clients warrant that they hold all necessary intellectual property rights to materials provided to Aixor Studio.
9. Ethical Content Standards
We do not produce:
- Fake testimonials or fabricated endorsements
- Fraudulent case studies
- Plagiarised material
- False medical, legal, or financial claims
- Disinformation or deliberately misleading content
Clients are responsible for verifying the factual accuracy of all information supplied to Aixor Studio.
10. Client Commitment
We approach every project with professional dedication and strategic care. While we strive to deliver measurable value aligned with client objectives, all services are delivered strictly within the scope of a signed written agreement.
11. Performance, ROI & Business Outcomes
For marketing and performance-based services:
- Key performance metrics and deliverables are documented in writing prior to execution.
- Reporting and performance data are shared transparently with clients.
- Expectations, benchmarks, and success criteria are defined before work begins.
Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, Aixor Studio does not guarantee specific ROI, financial returns, ranking positions, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Market performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
12. Formal Agreement Requirement
- No project begins without a signed written agreement.
- Scope of work, revision limits, timelines, payment terms, and deliverables are defined contractually.
- The signed agreement governs the entire engagement and supersedes all informal discussions.
13. Revisions & Scope Adjustments
- Revision limits are defined in the signed agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.
- Scope expansions and new feature requests require written approval and are quoted separately.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aixor Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or opportunity losses arising from services provided. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
15. Data Retention
Inquiry data is retained for communication and record-keeping purposes unless deletion is requested. Clients may request data removal at any time by contacting hello@aixor.studio.
